Our services include residential footings, foundations, and concrete flatwork. Packaging these services allows us to turn-key your project and bring simplicity back to project management. Over 25 years in business and literally thousands of jobs completed. We are earthworks and masonry specialists.
We provide full service footing construction. Layout, excavation, inspections coordination, steel reinforcement installation, and the concrete pour.
Veneer, crawlspace foundations, brick fencing, retaining walls, pavers, porches, and more. We work with brick, block, and stone.
Driveways, walkways, garage floors, and monolithic slabs. We demo your old cracked concrete and install fresh new concrete.
Our bold leader and general manager Chris, is the founder of Four Oaks Residential. He manages all of the employees, the projects, and client relations.
Armed with a finance degree and over two decades of residential construction experience, Chris knows how to avoid common problems and how to solve them if you run into one.
The guy that knows how to do literally everything on the jobsite. Lizandro is an expert equipment operator, doesn’t mind using hand tools, and is a very fast worker.
Lizandro has been with Four Oaks Residential since our inception 25 years ago. He is a treasured asset and we know that no matter what needs to be done, he is always up to the task.
Anthony has over 25 years experience in residential masonry construction. This guy knows his stuff when it comes to building with brick, block, and stone.
Anthony also serves as part of our field crew, operating heavy machinery and transporting equipment to our job sites. His knowledge of residential masonry is essential to our business.
Our local nerdologist Brandon, is here to build and strengthen our brand and online presence. He is in charge of all things design, tech, and sales / marketing related.
Brandon also provides face to face consultations with customers, collects data from project sites, and builds advertising campaigns through ads and social media.
