Builders Struggle to Meet Demand

As traditional general contractors struggle to keep reliable contractors on the job, they are busier than ever with more projects than they can handle. It isn't uncommon these days for a builder or contractor to not even return your phone call or acknowledge your request. This is simply because of the overly heavy number of requests and active projects that they are currently juggling.

Four Oaks Residential Can Help!

To help the average homebuilder to manage more projects, we take a large bite out of your project. Four Oaks Residential specializes in turn-key multi-phase work in the initial stages of construction for residential projects. We come in and completely handle all footing, foundation, and concrete construction work. When our guys leave, you will be ready for framers to come in. One company that manages and builds three phases.
